**About the role**:
In this role, you will work between our Sales Office at the **Kedron location** and client in-home visits with a provided company vehicle to repair and maintain our range of mobility products, you will schedule incoming work combined with field service, while you manage the administrative side and all aspects of workshop. You will be with a small, friendly team in this busy environment, and a good understanding of workplace, health and safety.
**Skills required**:
- Positive, friendly and confident communicator
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office and able to quickly pick up other systems
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Proactive and able to work autonomously
- A self-starter with a hands-on approach
