Duties include:
* Conducting viewings for rental properties
* Responding to rental enquiries and processing rental applications
* Preparing Property Condition Reports
* Assisting the Property Management department with day-to-day duties
To excel in the position we are looking for a candidate with:
* Experience in Property Management, including a current Property Management Registration
* Valid driver's licence
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work under restricted timeframes
* Ability to multitask and prioritise
