Overview
As a Banking Consultant in our Retail Banking, you’ll play a key role in helping to provide customers with a seamless banking experience, through meeting each customer’s end-to-end financial needs and goals across transaction activities, needs-based conversations and educating them on the financial solutions available, including digital. They have the knowledge required to complete customer transactions, as well as have in-depth needs-based conversations and fulfil products as per their accreditation level. This role is based mainly in branches and will deliver a high standard of customer service to ensure customers are not only satisfied, but strong advocates for ANZ.
Responsibilities
- Provide customers with a seamless branch experience by meeting end-to-end banking needs, conducting needs-based conversations, and educating them on digital solutions.
- Be part of a collaborative team and act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience.
- Contribute to a significant uplift in customer engagement and advocacy, and create real customer value.
- Actively participate in and support bank programs and initiatives.
- Take responsibility to know your customer from a risk perspective.
- Ensure compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures.

Role Details
Role Location: Double Bay, New South Wales
Role Type: Part Time
Schedule (roster):
- Monday: 09:00 AM – 04:00 PM (30 minute break) = 6.5 hours
- Tuesday: 12:00 PM – 04:00 PM = 4.0 hours
- Wednesday: Not Rostered
- Thursday: 12:00 PM – 04:00 PM = 4.0 hours
- Friday: 09:00 AM – 03:00 PM (30 minute break) = 5.5 hours
- Total Weekly Rostered Hours: 20.0 hours
