An Epic Icon needs an Epic team! Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a FIFO Electrician to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is a 20 minute drive from Uluru.
We're seeking an Australian-qualified electrician with strong fault-finding experience in both commercial and industrial work environments. This role provides the opportunity to work on diverse machinery as part of our Technical Services team, the tradespeople of Yulara.
You will become a true specialist in the field, as the closest contracting partner is five hours away.
We are extremely committed to the safety of our employees, guests and community, and expect the same focus from our trades roles. Because the town is spread across a large range of land, an Australian Open Driver's License is required for all trades positions.
Key Duties
* Comply with all reasonable instructions given in the interests of Health and Safety by your management team and Workplace Health and Safety Department representatives.
* Carry out all necessary repairs and maintenance as required.
* Alert the Electrical Supervisor about any electrical equipment found wanting or in which improvements can be made.
* Maintain accurate records in the preventive maintenance schedule and other relevant documents.

This is a permanent opportunity as a FIFO tradesperson, working 10-hour shifts.
