• Assist Department Supervisors and Manager with the day to day team leading of staff ensuring the team is understanding of their responsibilities and duties/tasks.
• Lead housekeeping team in event support and program cleaning ensuring all standards are met.
• Ensure the team is well equipped and knowledgeable/trained in set tasks.
• Remain hands on working closely with your team during shift.
• Track cleaning tasks and event activity during shift.
• Assist with equipment being kept in a clean and functional condition, stock is controlled and replenished.
• Liaise with internal departments and with clients, delegates and visitors as required.
