We are seeking a Team Leader – Administration & Front Services on a full-time, term-time basis to provide strong leadership and coordination across the College's front-facing and administrative functions. This role ensures the delivery of efficient, professional services while overseeing daily operations of the administration and front services team. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for staff, provide hands-on administrative support, and lead initiatives such as volunteer coordination, rostering and compliance.
Regular working hours are 8:00am to 4:00pm during the school term.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
In this role, you will:
* Lead and coordinate the Administration & Front Services team, ensuring efficient daily operations and a high standard of customer service
* Provide hands-on administrative support across key areas of the College while maintaining smooth service delivery
* Drive continuous improvement, staff development, and uphold a welcoming, professional front-office environment
* Establish and manage a centralised Administration Helpdesk, coordinating requests, allocating tasks, and driving efficient, high-quality service delivery
* Coordinate College volunteer programs, including roster management, ensuring coverage, compliance and effective support
* Drive continuous improvement of administrative processes and systems, enhancing efficiency, consistency and service delivery
