As a Manager, Strategy, Planning & Engagement in our Technology & Operations division, you’ll partner closely with the Executive General Manager to shape and deliver the strategic rhythm of the business.
Sitting at the heart of planning, performance and engagement, you’ll translate strategy into action across a three‑year horizon—coordinating governance, guiding priorities and enabling confident decision‑making.
This is a high‑impact role for someone who thrives in complexity, builds trusted relationships at executive level, and brings clarity, momentum and compelling storytelling to strategic change.
Permanent full-time role based in multiple locations across Australia.
What You’ll Do
* Lead and coordinate business unit planning across programs, initiatives and milestones
* Track and drive performance, delivering high‑quality reporting to senior leaders and Board forums
* Act as a trusted advisor to the EGM, providing strategic analysis, insight and counsel
* Shape and manage the governance rhythm, including leadership meetings, offsites and executive forums
* Partner across Technology & Operations to ensure alignment and maximise shared opportunities
* Coordinate communications and storytelling to support leadership voice, tone and engagement
* Lead or contribute to priority projects and urgent division‑wide initiatives
What You’ll Bring
* Proven ability to build strong, influential relationships across executive and senior stakeholder groups
* Experience leading complex workstreams in matrixed, fast‑paced environments
* Strong strategic thinking, problem‑solving and analytical capability
* Demonstrated change management and business transformation experience
* High standard of written and verbal communication, including executive‑level reporting
* Consulting or advisory background, and experience in process or productivity improvement, desirable
