Role Summary
The OHS & Facilities Advisor will ensure compliance with OH&S legislation and support our Australian facilities. You will act as the main contact for staff and building management, overseeing maintenance and ensuring a safe, compliant workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all Occupational, Health and Safety requirements for AU sites.
Ensure smooth site operations, risk mitigation, and compliance.
Train and oversee Fire Wardens and First Aiders.
Coordinate with external vendors for ISO Certification and safety audits.
Implement facilities policies and support general maintenance and repairs.
Respond to urgent maintenance issues and liaise with contractors and suppliers.
Maintain accurate records of access passes and assist with office setup tasks.
Undertake project management tasks as directed by the VP of Operations.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
Proficient in designing compliance procedures aligned with OHS legislation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and solve problems efficiently.
Knowledge of procurement, contract management, and budgeting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; Workday experience preferred.
Australian Work Rights required.
