Key Responsibilities
* Conduct small, medium or large audits subject to experience
* Contribute to audit planning and risk assessment
* Conduct in-depth financial analysis
* Articulate audit results in reports and meetings
* Complete assigned work accurately and in compliance
* Contribute to the preparation of audit reports
* Actively manage deadlines and WIP
* Provide support and guidance to junior audit team members
* Develop long‐lasting relationships with clients
* Participate in new opportunities and proposals where relevant
* Deliver training to junior team members where required, such as for the graduate program
Desired Skills And Experience
* A solid understanding of accounting and auditing standards
* Strong understanding of the WIP and billing process
* Ability to meet agreed KPI's within the required and agreed budget
* Ability to work independently on medium and large jobs for clients in consultation with supervisors and managers
* Ability to delegate work to junior team members where appropriate
* Proactively manage workload and communicate job deadlines and workflow to managers and partners
* Ability to provide training to junior audit team members
* Ability to communicate audit results in reports to relevant stakeholders
