Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Finance team on a 12-month maternity leave contract.
This role is responsible for providing accurate and efficient administrative and financial support, ensuring the smooth operation of our accounts payable function.
Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, you will be responsible for invoice processing, supplier reconciliations, data entry, and assisting with general financial administration.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and takes pride in maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
The successful candidate will ideally commence in December **** or early January **** to allow for a smooth handover.
Desired Skills and Experience
About you
You are organised, proactive, and have a passion for accuracy and teamwork.
With proven experience in an accounts payable or similar administrative role, you have excellent attention to detail, sound computer literacy (especially with spreadsheets), and the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
You're confident communicating across teams and motivated to contribute to a high-performing Finance function.
You will also:

Enjoy working at a fast pace with competing deadlines
Be adaptable, with a robust attitude to change
Possess solid computer literacy
