Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing, payment tracking, and maintaining up-to-date ledgers.
* Help prepare financial reports such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other necessary reports.
* Support the monthly and annual closing processes.
* Conduct regular ledger maintenance and reconciliations.
* Assist with inventory accounting and tracking of spare parts.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
* Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
* Enthusiasm for learning and growth within the automotive industry.
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
