Key Responsibilities
* Inventory Management
o Accurately order, receive, and manage stock levels in alignment with business needs.
o Maintain up-to-date and accurate inventory records using Fresho.
o Conduct monthly stocktakes and investigate discrepancies.
* Ordering & Supplier Coordination
o Place and confirm orders with various suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of quality goods.
o Liaise with suppliers to resolve any supply chain or delivery issues.
* Invoice & Administration Management
o Collect, organize, and forward invoices to the bookkeeper in a timely manner.
o Maintain digital and physical records of all inventory-related documentation.
* Inter-Outlet Coordination
o Accept and process orders from other outlets within the group.
o Ensure smooth communication and order fulfilment between locations.
* Menu Costing
o Work alongside the kitchen team to maintain accurate costing of all menu items.
o Adjust pricing based on current supplier costs and inventory usage.
Requirements
* Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory management or a related field.
* Familiarity with inventory platforms, particularly Fresho and Zupply (preferred).
* Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
* Basic knowledge of invoicing and record-keeping.
* Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to operational excellence.
