About the Role
P&R Styling is looking for a reliable and hands-on Warehouse Assistant to support our daily warehouse operations, dispatch, and fulfilment processes. This role is key to ensuring orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for delivery, while also helping maintain smooth and efficient warehouse operations across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Support day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring the space is organised, safe, and running efficiently
* Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately and efficiently
* Assist with receiving, unloading, and storing inbound stock
* Support regular stocktakes and inventory counts to ensure accurate system records
* Maintain accurate stock organisation and help manage stock locations within the warehouse
* Ensure all products are handled with care to maintain quality standards
* Assist with labelling, packaging, and preparing items for courier collection
* Work closely with the Logistics Manager to meet daily dispatch targets and operational requirements
* Provide basic customer service support, including front facing customer service
* Liaise with the Logistics Manager and customer service team to resolve delivery or order-related queries
* Identify and report stock discrepancies, damages, or operational issues
* Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised warehouse environment at all times
* Assist during peak trade periods, product launches, and busy operational cycles to ensure smooth workflow
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in warehouse operations, dispatch, or fulfilment preferred
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment
* Good organisational and time management skills
* Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
* Basic computer skills (experience with inventory or order systems is a plus)
* Ability to safely lift and move furniture items (or willingness to learn proper handling techniques)
