Job Summary
Clerk Grade 7/8. Base salary $113,574 – $125,720 plus employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
Location
Moree, ongoing full‐time (35 hours per week).
Role Overview
As a Registrar or Deputy Registrar in a court registry, you will lead and support teams to deliver high‐quality services while meeting legal and administrative requirements. You will create a positive, ethical workplace, drive strong outcomes for clients, and align team performance with organisational goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop staff, fostering an ethical, secure, and high‐performing workplace.
- Drive strategies supporting organisational change, improving efficiency and service delivery.
- Support the design and delivery of services that meet the diverse needs of court users.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the judiciary.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, financial, and administrative obligations while performing quasi‐judicial functions as required.
