* Build and nurture community relationships with the Community Bank board.
* Lead by example, prioritising customer experience and stepping in wherever needed.

* Drive business growth through leadership, team coaching and business development.
* Have people leadership skills, including developing, coaching and managing staff performance.
* Have proven sales mentorship and residential and commercial lending experience.
* Be a lifelong learner, willing to take on-the-job training and other learning opportunities.
