Director of Sales and Business Development
This role brings together strategic sales, client engagement, and hands-on delivery of complex transformation projects.
Main Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy: Identify new business opportunities and markets for consultancy services.
Market Expertise: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs.
Sales Leadership: Lead the sales efforts for PMO and transformation services by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships, and converting leads into sales.
Proposal Management: Oversee the preparation and delivery of high-quality proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
Client Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers within client organisations.
Project Execution: Manage and oversee the delivery of PMO and transformation projects, ensuring successful outcomes for clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Project Management: Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering large-scale transformation and PMO projects.
Sales and Business Development: Demonstrated experience in sales and business development within the PMO, project management, or business transformation sectors.
Leadership Abilities: Ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Stakeholder Management: Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to engage and manage senior executives and key stakeholders.
