Job Description
* Lead elicitation, analysis and documentation of functional and non‐functional requirements
* Analyse current‐state processes and define future‐state workflows.
* Develop strong understanding of target platforms, configuration, dependencies and integrations.
* Maintain traceability across requirements, design, testing and delivered outcomes.
* Validate vendor documentation, designs and solution artefacts.
* Support governance, impact analysis, change control and risk identification.
* Support UAT planning, acceptance criteria definition and defect triage.
* Facilitate workshops, interviews and stakeholder engagement across diverse groups.
The Successful Applicant A Successful Senior Technical Business Analyst Should Have
* Extensive experience in technical business analysis, systems requirements and solution definition.
* Experience in higher education, TAFE.
* Strong capability in documentation, process mapping, and translating concepts for non‐technical audiences.
* Excellent problem‐solving and analytical skills.
* Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non‐technical stakeholders.
* Relevant qualifications in Business Analysis, IT, or a related field.
