The Role
We believe in the talent and strength of our team, so that, in aim to keep growing together, we are looking for a Electrical Supervisor to join our Construction team in a Full-Time in Fulham
The purpose of this role is to manage the electrical workmanship on site in a effective and efficient manner.
Support the Electrical Superintendent in the planning, design, organization and supervision of the electrical construction.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
* Report to and support the Electrical Superintendent in managing and executing electrical works of the Solar Farm.
* Supervise workers and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with drawings, schedules, budgets, and contractual requirements.
* Oversee field personnel, subcontractors, and self-performed workforce, monitoring production, quality, and performance.
* Plan, allocate, and coordinate work, ensuring availability of materials, equipment, and plant to meet installation deadlines.
* Analyse electrical drawings and provide technical input during internal coordination meetings.
* Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and regulatory requirements, acting as the Company's Nominee under VIC regulation.
* Promote leadership, teamwork, and effective communication of project plans and schedules within workgroups.
* Conduct quality assurance checks, work audits, and manage emergency backups, system assessments, and necessary repairs.
* Prepare daily and weekly reports on manpower, machinery, progress, issues, risks, and performance.
* Ensure all works are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with contract agreements.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Technical Engineer or higher - specialized in Electrical Engineering
* Three years of experience in construction of photovoltaic plants doing the functions described.
