Contact Centre Test Analyst Job
We are seeking a senior test analyst with extensive experience in contact centre testing.
Job Overview
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating comprehensive test documentation, developing efficient test cases, and executing scripts to ensure seamless system performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Test Planning: Develop detailed test plans to identify and address potential issues before they impact the customer experience.
* Test Case Development: Create comprehensive test cases to verify the functionality and usability of contact centre systems.
* Test Execution: Execute test scripts to identify and report defects in a timely manner.
* Defect Management: Document and manage defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
Essential Skills and Experience
* At least 5 years of experience in a Test Analyst role with a focus on contact centre testing.
* Experience working with Contact Centre Cloud Platforms, preferably Nice CXOne or Genesys.
* Advanced certification in software testing, such as ISTQB Advanced Test Analyst.
* Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.
* Proficient in using tools like HPALM for application execution and defect management.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
