About the Role
We're looking for a Sales Operations Administrator who will:
* Support the Sales function by doing deep-dive analysis in our CRM (HubSpot) to identify areas where customer engagement has dropped off or where we haven't made the right sales contact.
* Prepare clear, actionable research and insights for our State Sales Managers and Account Managers
* Run sales reports, collate state-level performance and help build national sales reports.
* Administration tasks to assist sales management — including expense forms, calendar management, and other ad hoc tasks.
* Support marketing by assisting with administrative tasks, campaign tracking, or coordination.
* Assisting with meeting packs supporting field sales reps where needed.
Key Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will:
* Be very strong in Excel (advanced skills preferred, including pivot tables, data manipulation, report building)
* Be comfortable working with a CRM (HubSpot experience is a plus but not essential)
* Be analytically minded, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to translate data into meaningful insights
* Have excellent organisational and communication skills
* Be willing to take on both administrative duties and more strategic/analytical tasks
* Be a team player, but able to work independently
