Your Role
As the Scrum Master, you will enable high‐performing agile delivery across CTIS engagements by coaching teams and stakeholders in Scrum practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
* Establish and coach Scrum practices
* Facilitate agile ceremonies
* Support backlog management with Product Owners
* Remove impediments and manage risks
* Drive transparency through metrics
* Coach teams on agile behaviours
* Align teams across workstreams
* Drive continuous improvement
What You'll Bring
* Experience as a Scrum Master or agile delivery lead
* Strong facilitation and coaching skills
* Experience delivering complex tech or cyber projects
* Knowledge of agile and hybrid delivery
* Strong stakeholder communication
* Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe)
As a Defence security clearance is required for this role, applicants must be Australian citizens and eligible to obtain and maintain an appropriate clearance.
