What we need from you / What our client requires

· Minimum 2 years of experience in a service desk or IT support role supporting Level 1 or Level 2


· Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and common enterprise software


· Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and basic networking issues


· Experience working with IT service management tools e.g. ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk






We are seeking a Service Desk Analyst to support our client's enterprise IT environment and act as a first point of contact for technical support issues across the business.






In this role, you'll troubleshoot incidents, respond to service requests, and provide timely, customer-focused support. You'll also contribute to continuous improvement efforts, help maintain service documentation, and ensure issues are resolved or escalated appropriately within SLA timeframes.






Key Requirements

· Provide first-level support for incidents and service requests via phone, email, and ticketing system


· Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues in a timely and professional manner


· Escalate unresolved problems to higher-level support teams while maintaining ownership and communication


· Support the setup and deployment of devices, user accounts, and system access


· Maintain accurate records in the ITSM system and contribute to internal knowledge bases


· Ensure adherence to IT policies, security protocols, and service desk procedures


· Work closely with internal users to ensure a positive support experience and minimal disruption
