The Team
Talent, Growth, Leadership and Strategy team provides a holistic approach to organisational development where emphasis is placed on nurturing the individual talents of employees whilst fostering strong leadership to fully realise those talents and in so doing creating a motivating workplace setting where a performance culture thrives.
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic learning advisor on internal systems, identifying opportunities for capability uplift and process optimisation.
- Lead the design, development, and seamless rollout of learning supporting system capability uplift.
- Develop comprehensive training strategies and design frameworks for new system implementations.
- Manage complex systems learning projects from inception to successful deployment.
- Forge strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders across all business functions to facilitate effective system adoption.
- Support the testing of systems to ensure functionality and data accuracy.
Who are you?
- A tertiary qualification in Business, Information Technology, Learning and Development, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in systems implementation, business analysis, project management, learning strategy, or capability development within a complex, multi-functional organisational environment.
- A proven track record of successfully leading learning design and rollout of significant technology initiatives.
- Experience in applying instructional design principles and developing learning strategies for complex technology rollouts is highly regarded.
- A strong understanding of diverse business processes and cross‑functional data flows.
- Project management, analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.
