As a Lecturer in Paramedicine, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering high‐quality learning experiences across lectures, simulations, and clinical‐focused activities. You'll guide students both on campus and in the field, bringing real‐world relevance to every learning moment. With access to cutting‐edge facilities, high‐fidelity simulation environments, and strong professional networks, you'll contribute to curriculum development, coordinate units and support students to achieve unit and course objectives.

Position Requirements
* Completion of an undergraduate degree in Paramedicine, with postgraduate qualifications highly regarded.
* Teaching qualification or willingness to complete a Graduate Certificate in Tertiary Teaching / Education.
* Proven ability to contribute to curriculum development, writing and evaluation, particularly using flexible modes of delivery.
* Experience teaching and supervising undergraduate and postgraduate students, across a range of learning environments.
* Strong capacity to engage and collaborate effectively with industry partners, community stakeholders, and professional networks.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to contribute positively to team culture and academic collaboration.
* Experience in the development and delivery of low to high‐fidelity clinical simulation (highly desirable).
