Digital Delivery & Experience Senior ManagerZIMMERMANN is looking for a passionate digital client experience professional to join our team on a fixed-term contract, covering a period of parental leave.
As our Digital Delivery & Experience Senior Manager, reporting directly to the Global Head of Digital, you will be instrumental in executing an exceptional digital experience for our clients worldwide.About the role:The Digital Delivery & Experience Senior Manager will lead the development and implementation of ZIMMERMANN's digital experience strategy, focusing on website and operational service excellence.
This role requires a client-centric approach to elevate every digital touchpoint.
You will collaborate closely with our Marketing, CRM, Client Services, Retail, and E-Commerce teams to ensure a seamless E-Commerce client journey.This is a full-time, fixed-term role covering a 12-month parental leave period.
You will be based in our global headquarters in Rosebery, NSW with a hybrid work arrangement.Key areas of responsibility:E-Commerce Strategy: Define and execute a digital experience strategy focused on website and operational service excellence, supporting business objectives and goals.
Establish ongoing benchmarking to understand client experience expectations and monitor the market for progressive service experience initiatives.Operational Client Experience: Collaborate with Marketing, Client Services, and Retail teams to champion a client-centric mindset across the digital business.
Lead all regions in delivering an exceptional digital operational client experience, driving continuous improvement across the client website and operational touchpoints.Internal Operations and Integration: Assess internal processes and identify opportunities to enhance digital communication and connectivity.
Partner with the Digital Project Manager and key stakeholders to ensure all new processes, website enhancements, and system changes positively impact the client journey.Digital Experience Roadmap: Collaborate with the Global Head of Digital, Global E-commerce, the Digital Leadership team, and the Digital Project Manager to develop the annual Digital Delivery & Experience Roadmap, aligned with the broader Digital Business Roadmap.Digital Delivery: Manage project teams to deliver against the roadmap, providing business analysis, scoping, UX mapping, and design for digital experience projects.
Oversee project delivery to agreed scope, budget, and timelines.
Manage resources, own website copy (in collaboration with the Digital Content Director), and use e-commerce analytics to monitor customer behaviour and improve online performance, including driving non-converting online journeys to offline channels.
Identify opportunities for improvement through new technologies and processes, research market drivers to inform strategies, create a global training plan for client experience initiatives, VIP marketing, and digital CRM, develop action plans for continuous improvement, and mentor team members responsible for bridging in-store and e-commerce service.What you will bring to the role:5-7 years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, UX, and/or Digital Client Experience delivery.Tertiary qualification in Psychology, Marketing, or Business preferred.Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with experience in modeling, analysis, research, and creating presentations.Up-to-date with the latest trends in E-Commerce shopping.You are a proactive leader who enjoys the balance of team leadership and hands-on contributions.
