Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain strong relationships with account holders, dealers, end-users, and internal colleagues to enhance customer satisfaction.
* Communicate effectively with customers, process orders, handle credits and returns, and offer product advice to maximise sales opportunities.
* Promote additional products through sales incentive programs, contributing to business growth.
Requirements:
* At least two years' experience in a customer service role within a fast-paced environment.
* Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent numeracy and literacy skills.
