Job Description
We are seeking an Credit Control Professional to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing statements of accounts, insurance accounting entries, and high-volume ledgers.
This is a dynamic role that requires strong numerical accuracy and analytical ability. As a Credit Control Professional, you will proactively manage the credit control process, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts in a high-volume environment.
You will also be responsible for maintaining company credit policy and referring overdue accounts as needed. Additionally, you will perform bank reconciliation and raising credit notes, resolve internal and external customer queries, and prepare month-end and aged debtor analysis reporting.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum 2-3 years' insurance administrative experience and be proficient in Excel (V-Lookups, Pivot Tables) and Microsoft Office suite.
