We are seeking a seasoned Technical Leader to spearhead the sales engineering function in the Asia-Pacific and Japan region. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth, leading a high-performing team of sales engineers, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
As a Technical Leader, you will have a deep understanding of enterprise SaaS solutions, cloud infrastructure, and security technologies. Your expertise will enable you to develop and deliver technical sales strategies that resonate with customers and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the APJ region
* Lead a team of sales engineers to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and development opportunities
* Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and execution of go-to-market initiatives
* Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and identify new business opportunities
Requirements:
* 10+ years of experience in sales engineering, solutions architecture, or similar pre-sales leadership roles
* Proven track record of driving sales growth through technical leadership and strategy development
* Strong executive presence and ability to engage with C-level stakeholders
* Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities
* Deep understanding of sales methodologies and technical sales skills
