About the role
This is a full-time or part-time position with flexible working hours, responsible for overseeing and coordinating day-to-day office operations. As the Office Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the business, supporting both management and field staff through strong organisation, communication, and process management.
Key responsibilities
* Oversee and manage day-to-day office operations
* Maintain and improve administrative systems and processes
* Coordinate schedules, projects, and internal workflows
* Manage invoicing, purchase orders, and accounts support functions
* Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
* Support management with reporting, documentation, and compliance requirements
* Maintain accurate records, databases, and document control systems
* Assist with onboarding, inductions, and general HR administration
* Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and implement solutions
Skills & experience
* Proven experience in an Office Administrator or similar role
* Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong communication skills across all levels
* Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and admin systems
* Experience with Xero
* Basic accounts/admin finance experience
* Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
