Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Delivery Installer & Workshop Technician to join our team to support the Newcastle, Hunter and Central Coast regions. This dual-role position involves delivering and installing mobility and assistive technology equipment at customer sites, as well as performing repairs, maintenance, and assembly work in our workshops.

Key Responsibilities
Delivery & Installation
* Safely transport equipment to customer homes, healthcare facilities, and other locations.
* Professionally install and set up equipment such as wheelchairs, scooters, beds, and hoists.
* Provide basic training and demonstrations to customers on equipment use.
* Ensure all deliveries are completed on time and with a high level of customer service.
* Deliveries will include regular runs to our Silverwater office
Workshop Technician Duties
* Assembly of new mobility and rehabilitation equipment.
* Set up of demonstration power wheelchairs and other equipment.
* Sales support jobs to assist clients and sales consultants
* Modify, and repair mobility and rehabilitation equipment as back up when required.
* Conduct routine maintenance and safety checks for demonstration and hire equipment.
* Diagnose faults and perform troubleshooting.
* Maintain accurate records of repairs and service work.
* Keep the workshop clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in a technical, mechanical, or delivery role (preferred).
* Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge.
* Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
* Strong customer service and communication skills.
* Valid Australian driver's license (essential).
* Ability to lift and move heavy equipment safely.
* Forklift license (desirable but not essential).
