We are currently looking to grow our Customer Support Team at our Brisbane office.
As a Customer Support Consultant, you will ensure that our customers are always looked after with the highest level of service in mind.
Working with our core technical/service team you will diagnose and resolve critical issues with our products and services, with a key focus on remote diagnostics using proactive technical strategies.
Key Role Requirements:
Excellent firsthand knowledge of networking, including TCP/IP, ADSL, WIFI & VPN.
Experience working with Windows & Microsoft systems and programs.
Experience using ticketing systems and knowledge on triaging and front-line support.
An understanding of P.O.S and hospitality practices and environments would be advantageous.
Strong relationship management and influencing skills, with internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
An ability to manage concurrent and competing priorities.
Be able to communicate with technical and non-technical customers.
Our Ideal Candidate will have the following.
A degree in Information Technology, or a related field.
1-2 years' experience in a Help Desk Support role.
An eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment with the support of a collaborative team.
Permanent working rights in Australia.
Experience within the Hospitality Industry would be highly regarded.
