As one of our first SDRs, you'll play a key role in driving top-of-funnel activity and supporting a high-performing sales team. You'll be responsible for generating qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting, follow-up on inbound leads, and engaging with prospects across multiple channels.
What You Will Do
* Drive outbound prospecting campaigns targeting mid-market and enterprise organisations.
* Qualify inbound leads and convert marketing interest into sales-ready opportunities.
* Use HubSpot to manage leads, cadence follow-ups, and maintain accurate pipeline activity.
* Build rapport with prospects via phone, email, LinkedIn, and video messages.
* Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging, campaigns, and target personas.
Requirements
* 1–2+ years in a sales, SDR, BDR, or customer-facing role (tech/SaaS experience ideal but not essential).
* Confidence making outbound calls and engaging senior decision-makers.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* High energy, curiosity, and a willingness to experiment and iterate.
