We are dedicated to advocating for the vulnerable and at-risk, whilst supporting our industry partners with high-quality services.About the roleWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Administration Officer to support the smooth operation of systems and processes across Choice Aged Care.
You will play a key role in enhancing our internal systems, supporting our national team of pharmacists, and improving care services through strong administrative coordination, as well as supporting the day-to-day operations of the onsite pharmacy.The role is primarily coordination and administrative focused, however direct client interaction (corporate and customer base) will also be part of your day.
The successful applicant must demonstrate a high level of accuracy, excellent communication skills, adaptability to evolving needs and a desire to aid in improving the health outcomes of our diverse client base.You will be based in our Wellcamp, Toowoomba office, with occasional travel to our Brisbane or Maroochydore offices.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and maintain our operating systems such as HubSpot CRM & Sandwai Scheduling, supporting care partner and community engagement workflows.Coordinate administration processes across facility sites to optimise our care service delivery.Enhance and manage SharePoint for effective document storage and internal communications.Support coordination of systems and processes used in clinical and administrative workflows.Contribute to project planning and meet project objectives and deliverables.Ensure efficient data management and maintain the integrity of records within our internal databases.Collaborate with remote cross-functional teams.Answer and triage telephone calls.Support onsite pharmacists in their delivery of clinical services to clients.Your Skills & ExperiencePrevious experience using a variety of scheduling/operating systems and CRMs (e.g. HubSpot, Sandwai, AlayaCare and Procura) is preferred, but not essential.Experience with SharePoint, both in backend setup and user interface optimisation, is highly regarded.Adaptable problem-solver in a fast-paced environment with a proactive approach to all work tasks.Experience working in the pharmacy industry with a Level 2 pharmacy assistant qualification (or willingness to undertake necessary training) is highly valued.If you enjoy working in a highly energetic and diverse workplace, please apply now by attaching your resume and cover letter addressed to James.
