Develop and execute strategic partner engagement plans. Collaborate cross-functionally to align channel efforts with business goals. Drive partner enablement, incentives, and performance metrics. Build strong executive relationships with VARs, GSIs, MSSPs, and Distributors. Contribute to evolving our partner strategy and go-to-market model. Provide regular reporting, forecasting, and insights to leadership. ✅ What You Bring 10 years in SaaS or channel sales, with a focus on cybersecurity or enterprise software. Proven success managing executive-level partner relationships. Deep understanding of the ANZ partner and distribution landscape (2-tier model experience preferred). Strong business planning, negotiation, and communication skills. Experience working with Distributors, VARs, GSIs, and MSSPs. A track record of delivering revenue growth through strategic partnerships. Bachelor’s degree (2:1 or equivalent); fluent in English. Willingness to travel across the region.
