Lead Group is partnering with a growing and high-performing plaintiff firm to appoint a Senior Lawyer to lead its Workers Compensation team in Sydney.

The Opportunity
You will:
* Oversee a Workers Compensation team including lawyers and support staff
* Drive file progression and performance standards
* Review and approve case strategies and plans
* Conduct structured KPI and billing reviews
* Lead weekly performance meetings and accountability check-ins
* Contribute directly to business development and team growth
You will work closely with senior management and have real influence over team structure, workflow systems, and performance culture.
What We're Looking For
* Experience in Workers Compensation (plaintiff highly regarded)
* Strong file management and litigation capability
* Experience mentoring junior lawyers or supervising staff
* Confidence managing KPIs, budgets and billing performance
* Ability to drive accountability and momentum across a team
