As a Design Coordinator, you’ll be a key conduit between design and delivery - managing the end-to-end coordination of design documentation and ensuring seamless integration with the construction process. You’ll contribute to the success of each project by: Overseeing all phases of the design process, from initial planning to completion. Reviewing design documentation to ensure alignment with construction team requirements. Managing handover to the delivery team with clear design intent and budget alignment. Maintaining and organising all project-related documentation, including RFIs. Coordinating all design-related elements to meet client and project standards. Liaising with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve design challenges. Developing cohesive, innovative documentation that bridges concept and constructability - on time and on budget. Supporting variance reporting between forecasted and actual construction costs. What you'll need to succeed: A degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills. Technical knowledge of construction methods. Strong understanding of construction documentation across disciplines. Full Australian working rights.
