Our client is a best-practice transport provider, offering passenger services nationally.
In the position of Supplier Support Officer, your role will be to administer an evaluation and approval process which will allow the company to determine if prospective vendors and suppliers can meet the organisational standards and obligations, in order to secure a low-risk, best-in-class vendor and supplier portfolio.
This position will suit someone who has previously worked in Accounts or Purchasing, or who has had experience in managing the administrative process of approval for suppliers in a database.
**About the Role** 
- Manage the supplier/vendor database 
- Obtain all relevant documentation to complete the approval process 
- Liaise with suppliers/vendors with regards to requests and changes 
- Offer suggestions on system review and design improvements
**About You** 
- Exceptional eye for detail 
- Genuine and authentic personality 
- Solid skills in MS Excel and MS Word 
- Administrative or Accounts experience
