About the role
What you'll be doing
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts, on behalf of Head of Elite Sports acting as the primary point of contact for their clients
- Actively monitor client needs and proactively identify opportunities to expand business with existing accounts
- Negotiate and close new sales on behalf Head of Elite Sports, while ensuring the successful onboarding and implementation of new business
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams, such as marketing and operations, to deliver excellent customer experiences
- Provide regular performance reporting and data analysis to clients and internal stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business development opportunities within your account portfolio
- Represent the company at industry events and networking functions
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 3 years\' experience in an account management or sales role, preferably within the sports apparel or retail industry
- Proven track record of building and maintaining robust client relationships
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence key decision-makers
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficient in data analysis and report generation
- Passion for the sports apparel industry and a genuine interest in staying up-to-date with industry trends
