Network Planning Lead

1. Led by: Developing long-term network development plans and economic cases
2. Partner with: Specifying network development expenditure for asset management and regulatory submissions
3. Promote: Continuous improvement in planning processes and systems
4. Key skills required:
* Degree-qualified electrical engineer with extensive experience in network planning and asset management.
* Proficient in PSS/E, PowerFactory, PSCAD; Python programming highly desirable.
* Strong understanding of National Electricity Rules, regulatory frameworks, and energy markets.
* Experienced in economic assessments, bushfire compliance, and stakeholder engagement.
* Able to lead complex projects, simplify technical concepts, and deliver strategic outcomes.
5. Key qualifications include:
* Working knowledge of REFCL planning and implementation
* Familiarity with AEMO, AER, councils, developers, and other stakeholders
