Epworth Geelong, located in Waurn Ponds, has exciting opportunities to join our dynamic Perioperative Team as a Theatre Technician.
Opportunities are available for full-time and casual positions for motivated, experienced, or novice Theatre Technicians.

Responsibilities
Assisting clinicians and team members with patient preparation
Preparing and maintaining operating suite equipment
Providing safe patient transport within the operating suite and interdepartmental transfers
Having an inclusive mindset to thrive in a multi-cultural environment

Requirements
A Certificate III in health services assistance operating theatre tech equivalent or willingness to complete
Be flexible, with good communication skills and a willingness to learn
An understanding of medical terminology and be able to fulfil the technical requirements of the role
Have best practice in delivering patient centred care
Have well-developed understanding of relevant safe work practices

Compensation
The annual salary range for Theatre Technicians – AUD $57,744 – $69,799 + super + entitlements dependent on year level (prorated for part-time).
