Responsibility
* Lead sales efforts by providing top-tier technical support and troubleshooting for Sungrow's clients via various channels.
* Participate in Australian project bidding—in charge of solution design, technical support, bidding documents.
* Proactively stay up to date with all the latest technologies concerning Sungrow's products and the underlying technologies.
* Australian PV and ESS market's information collection and arrangement.
* Local grid code requirement collection, follow‑up local standard requirements.
* Support marketing analysis, includes not limit to customer's feedback, competitor info.
* Maintain strong customer rapport and excellent, timely communication.
* Maintain sales volume to existing and new client by provide the best products, price and solutions.
* Build and maintain the good relationship between company and existing/new client.
* Act as the public speaker and public relations representative of the company in ways that strengthen its profile.
* Work in the global largest inverter manufacturer and grow with the expanding local team.
