Deliver high level mental health services as a member of the Evolve Therapeutic Services multi-disciplinary team to optimise psycho-social outcomes for children and young people with severe and complex mental health problems and disorders.
About The Team
The Evolve Therapeutic Service provides mental health services to children and young people 0‐18 years involved with child safety services, on child protection orders and in out‐of‐home care, who have severe and/or complex mental health needs.
About The Role
In this role you will coach and support others to deliver for children, young people and families (Leader of Others) in accordance with the Children's Health Queensland Leadership Excellence Framework and the Queensland Public Service and the CHQ values.
Clinical Practice
* Deliver high level clinical services in accordance with the discipline specific Code of Ethics and the National Practice Standards for the Mental Health Workforce. This includes:
* Provision of high level independent clinical services including assessment, treatment and case management to children and young people with severe and complex mental health problems, and their carer networks.
* Demonstrate clinical leadership in the advocacy for the mental health needs of service consumers and their carers and relevant agencies within the mental health team.
