The OpportunityWe’re looking for a talented Learning Experience Designer to design and deliver a new standard in training for a major government agency upgrading its customer contact management platform. This role is your chance to create innovative, blended learning experiences that will help 30,000 staff across contact centres, face-to-face service, and digital channels adopt cutting-edge customer contact technology.
What You’ll DoPartner with subject matter experts and stakeholders to assess needs and define learning objectives.Design engaging instructional materials across formats: facilitator guides, interactive webinars, simulations, e-learning, job aids, and gamified content.Apply learning design best practice and adult learning principles to create impactful blended experiences.Build and adapt content for different audiences (from frontline staff to workforce planners and reporting teams).Measure effectiveness through evaluation and learner feedback, and continuously improve solutions.
What You BringDegree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field (or equivalent experience).Proven experience designing learning for technology rollouts, ideally in corporate or government settings.Experience with contact centre training content (highly regarded).Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).Strong project management and collaboration skills.Ability to design innovative, engaging content that drives adoption and is easy to reuse.
