We're seeking a friendly and organised Admissions Coordinator to support resident admissions and be a key contact for families, hospitals and referrers.
Key responsibilities
* Manage enquiries, waitlists and admissions
* Support families through the admissions process
* Liaise with hospitals, ACAT and internal teams
* Complete admissions documentation and reporting
* Support occupancy targets
* Build relationships with residents and their families
About you
* Experience in aged care admissions, admin or similar (preferred)
* Strong communication and organisation skills
* Compassionate, professional and people-focusedConfident using systems and managing multiple tasks
* A background in sales or customer service
* Must have valid Drivers license
