About the role
The Team Leader coordinates and manages the activities of a team to ensure the delivery of quality responsive customer services with an emphasis on correct and consistent decision making in applying legislation and policy. The role works with Coordinators within the business unit to ensure quality assurance, workflow productivity, priority management and the promotion of continuous improvement.

Requirements
Prior to commencement, the successful candidate will be required to undergo a rigorous National Police (criminal history) Check and obtain and maintain a Security Clearance as determined by the NSW Police Force. Eligible to apply if you are a permanent resident of Australia or a New Zealand citizen.

Remuneration Package
Base salary ranges from $99,938 to $110,271 plus employer's contribution to superannuation of 12% and annual leave loading.
