Where You Fit In
As a Vehicle Prepper, you play a critical role in maintaining finish quality and workflow efficiency .
Your responsibilities include:
* Masking and preparing vehicles for refinishing
* Surface preparation and substrate identification
* Restoring anti-corrosion treatments
* Mixing undercoat products
* Supporting overall workshop efficiency
What You Bring
* 1–2+ years’ experience in a panel shop environment
* Strong understanding of prep processes
* Attention to detail
* Reliable attendance and team mindset
