We are excited to introduce a new opportunity for a Systems Administrator.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administer and maintain HR systems ensuring accuracy, efficiency, usability, and data integrity.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate system upgrades, integrations, and compliance initiatives.
* Develop comprehensive training materials and documentation to support end-user education and consistent system usage.
* Provide responsive technical support and manage system upgrades, ensuring robust data security practices.
* Oversee integrations between HR systems and other platforms, resolving synchronisation issues efficiently.
* Lead or contribute to system-related projects, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
* Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process automation and workflow redesign.
* Monitor industry trends and vendor updates to inform system enhancements and best practice adoption.
* Support evidence-based decision-making with accurate data analysis and reporting.
This role will be a full-time ongoing position. You are a committed professional with expertise in administering HR systems in medium-to-large organisations.
