This is your chance to own the brand, make big calls with where we flex promotions and activity and how we push stock. n The first 6 months of this role will focus on The Healthy Mummy with potential to expand into wider ecommerce and over the counter for parent brands Mosh and Moshy as the business grows. n More than a job n There's nothing better than the feeling that what you're doing matters and makes a difference. Lead all aspects of the online store for THM through sales strategies and optimisations to increase revenue. n The Healthy Mummy brand (brought to you by Moshy) has been empowering mums to live a healthier life for over 14 years. Over the years, our weight loss shakes, meal plans, workouts and supportive community have empowered millions of mums to lose weight, boost energy and embrace a healthier lifestyle. n As you will oversee the full The Healthy Mummy business. And will be responsible for developing the strategy to move product and revenue, curating and ideating monthly challenges and promotions for our health-conscious community. n We would love to hear from you if you: n - Have a proven track record in delivering strategic ecommerce strategies and driving revenue. - Are results hungry with a proven ability to drive commercial outcomes in, ideally, the health and wellness space. - Are comfortable flexing between the strategy and being on the tools. Key Responsibilities:n - Develop and own The Healthy Mummy ecommerce strategy - Own and be accountable for The Healthy Mummy's revenue targets and product sales volume. - Manage online sales channel to ensure product is accurately represented. - Develop, curate and implement the promotional calendar for our health-conscious community. - Flex across channels including CRM, website and advertising. - Work with our community manager and MedOps team to understand sentiment and product supply flow. - Collaborate with our SEO specialist and App/Project Manager to develop content where necessary (as per your strategy to drive revenue) across e.g. eDMs, social posts, blogs in line with promotions and community nurture. - Devise and implement segmentation and personalisation strategies across channels to drive sales. - Analyse, forecast and report on weekly and EOM results with actionable insights. Qualifications and/or Experience Required:n - 6+ years in a similar role with ecommerce experience, ideally in the health and wellness space. - Experience developing ecommerce growth strategies with proven experience driving revenue. - Familiarity with product and stock management in an ecommerce setting. - Hands-on experience across ecommerce platforms, marketing automations, maintenance and optimisation in Klaviyo. - Hands-on experience in Klaviyo. - Experience in a fast-paced environment. - Strong capabilities in analytics, data interpretation and reporting to a variety of audiences. - High comfort level with troubleshooting HTML (with developer support).
