About The Role
As a Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing the lives of people with disabilities and young individuals by providing tailored, person-centred support. Whether it’s daily living assistance, emotional guidance, or community engagement, your work will help create a more inclusive and compassionate society.
You’ll work across a 24/7 rotating roster, including sleepovers, active nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, individualised support to people with disabilities and young people Assist with personal care, mobility, and skill development Build meaningful connections and provide mentorship and emotional support Support community participation and recreational activities Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement support plans Advocate for customer rights and promote independence Create safe, trauma-informed environments for young people with complex needs
What You’ll Need Childrens Services
