Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Clean and maintain guest rooms, storage areas, and corridors to the required standard
2. Ensure guest supplies and advertising materials in bedrooms and bathrooms are replenished to the correct standards for the room type
3. Report any lost property following correct procedures
4. Handle guest laundry in line with Hotel policy
5. Maintain all department equipment to a high standard
6. Adhere to security procedures at all times, including the secure storage of keys and guest rooms
Requirements:
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Ability to lift and carry cleaning equipment and supplies
* Basic knowledge of cleaning agents and health and safety regulations
